Yes. While our primary focus is psychiatric care and medication management, we also integrate therapeutic support and collaborate with therapists to provide a comprehensive approach to mental wellness.

Additionally, we accept FSA/HSA payments and some EAPs (Employee Assistance Programs). -
If we are out-of-network for your insurance, you may still be able to get reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your provider. Contact us for assistance in verifying your coverage.

Your initial psychiatric evaluation (60 minutes) includes a comprehensive mental health assessment, discussion of your symptoms and history, and the development of a personalized treatment plan. If medication is needed, we’ll discuss options and next steps.

Follow-up appointments (30 minutes) are designed to monitor progress, adjust medications as needed, and provide ongoing support. These are scheduled based on your individual needs and treatment plan.

Yes! We offer telepsychiatry services, allowing you to meet with our provider virtually from the comfort of your home or workplace. Some restrictions may apply based on your location.

You can schedule an appointment online through our RXNT patient portal or call us at (224) 344-1288. New patients will complete a brief intake process before their first visit.

We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA accounts, and insurance payments. Payment is due at the time of service.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.
